Can only people in need shop here?
No. Everyone may and should shop here. Need is not defined by an official notice. Every item that finds a new owner instead of ending up as waste is good for the environment.
What happens to the money?
Most of it covers rent, insurance, wages and taxes. The profit goes to social projects in the region.
Do you do house clearances?
No. That is a trade of its own with high costs.
Why are you not cheaper?
Some social shops are backed by a large umbrella organisation. We are not. Basic needs can still be covered with very little money here.
Can I pay by card?
With girocard yes, debit cards only partly, no credit cards.
Can you collect boxes of clothing?
Unfortunately not. Bulky items can be collected by arrangement.
